Senior Associate Attorney
Lynna Comunale is a senior associate attorney at Catey & Maguire Law, where she represents clients in a wide range of family law matters: divorce, paternity, child custody and time-sharing disputes, child support, modifications, relocation, enforcement and contempt proceedings, and domestic violence injunctions.
Lynna understands that family law cases often involve some of the most personal and difficult circumstances a person will face. She approaches each case with a combination of compassion, preparation and strong advocacy, working closely with her clients so that they understand their options and have a clear strategy moving forward.
Whether a matter can be resolved through negotiation or requires litigation, Lynna is committed to protecting her clients’ interests and helping them navigate the legal process with confidence.
Lynna earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of South Florida before receiving her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, where she concentrated her studies in family law. During law school she served as an editor for a law journal, held a leadership position as President of the National Organization for Women, and completed a judicial externship focused on family law matters.
Her commitment to families and children extends beyond her legal practice. Lynna previously volunteered as a Guardian ad Litem, advocating for the best interests of children involved in the court system. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the West Pasco Bar Association and is active in the local legal community.
Originally from Romeo, Michigan, Lynna moved to Florida in 2011 and has made the Tampa Bay area her home. She values being part of the community she serves and takes pride in helping individuals and families throughout Pasco, Pinellas, Hernando and Hillsborough counties move forward during challenging transitions.
