The attorneys and staff of Catey & Maguire Law at their office in New Port Richey, Florida

Most of the people who call this office are in the middle of the hardest thing that has happened to them. The job is to tell them where they stand, plainly, and then to handle it.

The firm is built to do that in a specific way. Four attorneys work as a team, so your case is matched to the attorney best suited to the issues involved, and the others contribute insight, strategy and experience as it develops. Most of the firm’s cases are heard at the West Pasco Judicial Center, a few minutes from the office, in front of judges the attorneys appear before every week.

How the firm works

Three things you can count on

01

A collaborative team approach

Multiple attorneys contribute insight, strategy and experience to every case. We thoughtfully match each client with the attorney best suited to the specific issues involved, while drawing on the broader team’s strengths to deliver responsive, well-rounded representation.

02

Straight answers

A free first consultation, by phone or in the office, that tells you where you stand under Florida law before you spend anything.

03

Prepared for mediation, ready for court

Most cases settle. Ours settle from a position of preparation, and when a case does need to be tried, it is handled by an attorney at the firm who tries cases.
